Aaron Saavedra

Hi, my name is Aaron James Saavedra; I am 14 years old and am in 9th grade at the Alliance Academy International in Quito, Ecuador.

Some of my personal goals are to build better and longer-lasting friendships, work on sports, and improve my relationship with God and my family. For the longest time, my ambition has been to become a therapist or camp counselor. I have always worked well with kids and enjoy helping people.

Last school year, I received an email from my school saying I was selected to attend an ACSI Student Leadership Conference in Budapest, Hungary, from September 25-Oct 2nd. I was thrilled to hear that I was chosen to develop my leadership skills and grow my faith in God.

An essential part of leadership development is learning to connect with prayer and financial supporters. To attend this leadership summit, I will need to raise an estimated $2000 by the end of August. If you are interested in joining my prayer and financial support team, you can donate here. I’m also working on earning funds through odd jobs, so if you are in Quito and need a hand, I would be happy to work for you. I have experience with yard work, organizing, cleaning, and taking care of younger kids.
