On Saturday night, our son, Aaron Anderson suffered a devastating accident while working on his beloved Purple Pig Eats food truck. He fell and sustained a serious head injury, and is now in the ICU receiving critical care. Aaron faces a long and challenging road to recovery. During this time, he will be unable to work and provide for his two beautiful daughters, ages 14 and 9, who are his pride and joy.
