Aaron Jenson Medical and Expenses
Aaron Jenson was at the welding shop where he works Wednesday, June 30th, when the tacks of a massive steel plate (weighing roughly 2,700 lbs) broke, causing the plate to fall to the ground and then hit Aaron. He was very badly injured. His neck was lacerated from his trachea to the back of his neck, almost to his spine. Two bones in his left leg were broken below the knee and were protruding, and his knee cap was fractured. His right shoulder blade is fractured in several areas. One of his ribs was fractured and it punctured his right lung. He's lost a significant amount of blood and is still being assessed for other injuries.
He went immediately into surgery for his neck and leg. Dr.'s said if the laceration was even slightly deeper in his neck, he could have bled out from the main arteries before emergency crews even got there. We KNOW it is by the mercy and grace of God that Aaron is still here!
He will need to have more surgery done in 2-14 days. It's going to be a long road to recovery and Dr.'s say Aaron won't be back to work for a number of months. Funds would be a great help to Aaron and his family over these next several months to ease the financial burden that has come from this accident. Our hearts are full of gratitude for those that have helped him and for all the prayers that have been offered in his behalf. God hears prayers and answers them! Praise and glory be to Him!
Please continue praying for Aaron's complete healing and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any and all donations.
