Hi.
2 years ago our lives ended with the death of our 25 year old son AJ. He was on his way home on his motorbike when an 80 year old driver pulled out of a junction and killed him. As we kept his ashes there is nowhere for friends and family to pay their respects.
We have put multiple posters and flowers up where he died but believe the family of the driver keep taking them down. We just want to mourn our baby boy. He may have been 25 but he was still living at home so he'll always be our baby.
My wife and I are severely disabled and really struggle month to month so can't afford to pay for a memorial such as a bench or even sponsor a hanging basket.
AJ was an only child and very popular young man, ready to help anyone at the drop of a hat, always cheerful and easy going. He is missed terribly by all of us and we still can't believe he has gone. No parent should have to outlive their children.
The memorial will depend on how much we can raise. A lamposts hanging basket can be sponsored from £150 all the way up to a stone memorial for around £5000.
AJ was a keen biker, and loved his Honda Grom. The main photo is of him and his 8 year old son who he had just recently gained contact with.
