The building I live in has been sold. The company that now owns the building is demanding all tenants leave. Originally the new owner promised they would work with us as it pertains to moving expenses as well as a reasonable amount of time to find a new spot. As one might have guessed said promises have devolved.
I've been given 14 days to vacate the apartment.
I'm happy to say I have found a new apartment but it is contingent on my being able to pay the normal moving expenses (first, last, security). To be transparent I am receiving a modicum of help but it's nowhere near enough as moving is very costly.
My gratitude would be endless for even the smallest donation or a share and positive vibes.
I wouldn't be doing this were it not an absolute necessity, as it is the pinnacle of embarrassment.
