I want to share the story of my dear friend, Aaron Gomes, who has been living with the relentless challenges of long COVID for over two years now. Aaron is a devoted husband and an incredible father to his two children, ages 9 and 12. His life has been turned upside down by this illness. Once an Ironman triathlete and a driven professional, Aaron has had to leave his job and can barely engage in the activities he once loved. Even simple tasks, like grocery shopping, have become monumental challenges due to severe cognitive difficulties and chronic fatigue.

Aaron has already poured his heart, energy, and savings into a variety of treatments—therapies that aren't covered by our healthcare system, such as functional neurology, vision therapy, neurofeedback, IV therapy, and more. While these treatments have helped him make some progress, the journey ahead is still long and costly.

I’m reaching out because Aaron’s goal is to regain his health and one day compete in another triathlon with me. With your support, we can help make that dream a reality.
