Remembering Aaron Fike

The family of Aaron Fike has been through multiple tragedies in their lives. Now, with the passing of Aaron at 27, the Fike's only remaining son, they would like to be able to place a headstone on his grave. Their two other sons, Michael and Jeremiah, are buried in the same cemetery (Union Cemetery, New Washington, Ohio) and already have grave markers.
Aaron died in February of this year. He was a graduate of Buckeye Central High School and self employed at Fike's Bikes. Aaron had a wonderful sense of humor and a beautiful heart. He missed his brother, Mike, terribly. As the two grew up, being only 10 months apart, they were best friends. Mike died at the age of 18 due to a heart condition. Jeremiah died at birth.
Aaron loved his dogs and the out of doors. He liked working on motorcycles. While attending school in Arizona, he would send his mother pictures of dirt biking in the desert. We loved having the two boys at our house as they were growing up. They were like grandchildren to us, even though they were our nephews. When they were younger, they loved being silly and getting each other into trouble.
While Aaron's parents and Chelsie Morrow are gathering quotes for the headstone for Aaron, I decided to see if we could get some help for them. I am Aaron's aunt and heartbroken that he has left. I am saddened to think any mother could lose one child, but all three is more than a mother or father should have to bear.
Aaron did not have life insurance. Any social security benefits will go to his young daughter to help defray costs of her upbringing. If we raise more than needed for the headstone, the extra money will go to his parents to help with Ava.
