Aaron Brooks's New Album Production Fundraiser

Many of you know me from either my formative years in the pop punk trio Trendy or as the frontman of the psychedelic juggernaut that was Simeon Soul Charger. In 2018, I released my first solo record Homunculus and did a lot of touring around Europe after it dropped. Post Homunculus release I had already accumulated a lot of new songs and was starting to prepare rehearsals with the band to record a new album. Then the pandemic hit and put any hopes of serious work on the record on hold for more than 2 years. Finally things began to stabilize and rehearsals resumed. After a lot of back and forth deciding on a studio and some last minute member changes, we began recording in Austria in November of 2022. Between the travel distance, finding the right musicians to fill in some of the more orchestral elements of the album, financial woes, and having to tour all over the place in between, the album is finished...at least the recording side of it.

It has NEVER in my 25 year career as a professional musician taken this long to record and release an album, but I've also never been more proud of one as I am of what will be known as JUGGERNAUT. It is the most difficult record I have ever worked on and a lot of really talented musicians wore their fingers to bone to make it happen. It is EPIC!

This brings me to now. In order to complete the album and release it, I need to raise some money. I would really love to have this album out internationally by Autumn or early Winter of this year, but in order to do that I have to raise 2500 Euros to complete the album's production. That's where I'm hoping you, dear reader, can help me out.

If you can donate anything at all to make this album a reality, it would fill my heart. Writing songs and making albums is my favorite thing in the entire world and I cannot wait to share this record with you.
