Aaron Albertini Medical Expenses Fund

Aaron has a long road ahead. There will be a long hospital stay, surgeries, follow-up appointments, short term special equipment needs, and many, many physical therapy sessions. As we all know, health insurance will only cover a small portion of these expenses.
