What We're Raising Funds For

We are raising funds to cover the costs associated with mailing letters to 1,045 licensed talent agencies. The goal is to gather information on which agencies are currently accepting talent and what specific types of talent they are looking for. This curated information will be made available to actors in our program, allowing them to reach out directly to the agencies that match their needs. Your support will directly contribute to printing high-quality letters and professional envelopes, as well as covering postage costs to ensure each letter reaches its destination.

Cost Breakdown

Here is a detailed breakdown of the estimated costs for our mail-out campaign:

1. Printing Costs:

- High-quality letters (including any necessary color printing): $0.35 per letter

- Total Printing Cost: $0.35 x 1,045 = $365.75

2. Envelopes:

- Professional envelopes: $0.15 per envelope

- Total Envelope Cost: $0.15 x 1,045 = $156.75

3. Postage:

- Standard postage rate: $0.63 per letter

- Total Postage Cost: $0.63 x 1,045 = $658.35

- Printing: $365.75
