Aanya's Last Semester: Your Support Counts
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Aanya, and I am a senior nursing student at Long Island University. I’m reaching out for support because I’m facing a critical financial barrier that threatens my ability to complete my degree and graduate on May 14, 2025.
Despite my hard work and dedication, I am currently unable to register for my final semester due to an outstanding balance from the fall semester. The total cost of my tuition for the fall semester is $12,533, but in order to move forward into the next semester, I need to reduce my balance to below $5,000. Without this payment, I won’t be able to finish my nursing program.
This has been a long and challenging journey. Throughout my time in school, I’ve worked full time to support myself and have maintained a 3.3 GPA, despite the financial strain. However, despite my best efforts, I’ve been unable to secure additional financial aid to cover this gap. Now, as classes start on January 20th, I find myself in a position where I need to ask for help.
I know that it’s difficult for many people right now, but if you are able to contribute in any way, it would mean the world to me and help ensure that I can achieve my dream of becoming a nurse. Reaching this goal has been my passion for years, and I’ve never given up—even when it felt like the odds were against me. But right now, this is my last resort.
Your generosity will help me get one step closer to completing my degree and making a difference in healthcare. Thank you so much for considering a donation, no matter the amount. Your support means everything to me as I work toward a brighter future.
With gratitude,
Aanya <3
