AAMY History book writing project

Did you know that the renowned Addis Ababa Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus (AAECMY) has been spreading the gospel of the Lord for 117 years now? Despite being a transformative and positive influence on most people we know, the impact of this famed church has still not been rightfully documented in official publication for generations to come. Dr. Fekadu Gurmessa, a distinguished scholar of religion, has agreed to take on this task and document the legacy of this special institution. However, a fundraising goal of (USD 9,000) must be met to cover costs related to writing, printing and publishing. AAECMY has funded USD 2,000 for this program. We call upon all worshippers, friends and partners, local and abroad, to donate whatever they can afford: no amount is too little or too large. It is in our hands to keep the memories of this special church alive.
