Story

Sami (Samuel Lemma), Adoption Associates' Power of Attorney and lead driver at our Addis Ababa, Ethiopia office was diagnosed with colon cancer which metastasized to the liver. Our hearts are heavy with the news that Sami passed away on March 11, 2013.Sami worked closely with Adoption Associates, Inc. for many years and played a vital role in assisting families bringing their children home. Sami loved his job and is continued to work when he could. He leaves behind a beautiful wife and two sweet little girls.Donations in Sami's memory will be used to provide much needed assistance to his family to provide for the very basic of needs. We thank you for your support during the last several months.
