On the road again! Please help us get back on the road again!

Arkansans Assisting Homeless Animals (AAHA) is a foster-based network in Central Arkansas that rescues animals out of our local animal shelter in Cabot, AR, but also takes in various strays and owner surrenders.  Our ultimate goal is to work toward ending the homeless pet population in Central AR! 

In addition to fostering until adoption, we actively participate in monthly transport operations for our dogs that are tagged for rescues up north.   Currently, we don’t have a transport van for our rescue. So every month we have to rent a capable van to drive our dogs up north, everywhere from Missouri to Minnesota.  We would like to purchase a van this year so we can not only save that monthly van rental money to go towards our other spay/neuter and vetting efforts, but so we could also have a rescue-specific vehicle to use in Central AR for various educational events, local transports to and from vets offices/foster homes/the local shelter, and transportation for pets of the elderly and low income to sterilization clinics.

The final van has not been decided, but it will be something similar to the one below.

We need your help in getting our pups closer to their furrever homes!  Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and will go solely to our transport van fund.  In 2018, 80% of all funds we brought in went straight back to vetting, spay/neuter, transport costs, and medical expenses for the animals we serviced.  So every donation towards our van is crucial!
