help my 13 yr old get to DC leadership conference

My name is Emily Williams Howard and I created this page to help my daughter Brenisha Howard. Was was nomination to represent her school in Washington DC at the junior National young leadership conference in June of 2023... unfortunately I am disabled and I can not send her with out your help. She really deserves this opportunity. Brenisha was diagnosed with a rare brain condition called Pseudotumor Cerebri in December of 2021. She was put on TOPAMAX which caused her to drop from being an honor student to a third grade education level and end up with an IEP. Since moving to natchez she has been taken off of Topamax and Brenisha is now once again an 8th grade honor student at Natchez Middle School trying to get out of special Education and still making great achievements. PLEASE HELP ME
