Chuck is my friend and co-worker but most importantly he is a husband and father.

In October of 2013 he received the diagnosis of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (commonly known as ALS). For those who don't know what ALS is it's  a rapidly progressive fatal neurological disease. 

Chuck's ALS is progressing and with that comes many more challenges. Amy, his wife works two jobs to help keep a roof over their heads and food on their table but knows that soon that won't be enough.

In addition to the typical expenses of supporting a household and family they are now facing significant challenges with medical expenses to help support Chuck during this time. 

As a friend of the family I am creating this page so that you can give a buck to help my friend Chuck.
