Help Chelsea Beat Breast Cancer!

Donation protected
Chelsea is a very hardworking and dedicated Kindergarten teacher.  She would do anything for her students and spends countless hours prepping and planning lessons for her classroom.

About a  year ago, Chelsea went in for a blood test and found out that she had the BRCA mutation gene, which makes you predisposed for Breast Cancer.  After talking to doctors and family members, she decided to do all of the steps to prevent her chance of getting Breast Cancer.  She started her year long process last summer of preventative surgeries and doctor visits.  She got a double masectomy in December and followed up with reconstructive surgeries.  Chelsea took all steps possible to prevent cancer.  With her last surgery though, doctors did find a lymphnode underneath her arm that had cancer cells.  Her diagnosis came with the orders of another surgery to take the lump out and then radiation and chemo.

This is obviously devastating news for Chelsea, and although she remains strong and positive, she is worried about the financial aspect of the treatments and other living costs while undergoing her treatments.

Chelsea is such an advocate for her students and her team so we want to be there for her during this extremely difficult time.  If you could please donate any amount or share her story, it would be incredibly appreciated!
