Help Marc FIGHT!

First day of chemo! A sentence that no 29-year-old wants to hear or say.

1 month ago Marc Mexia was a normal 29 year old working from home, dealing with a world wide pandemic, and doing the stuff a normal 29 year old should be doing. He noticed his left upper arm was swollen and thought maybe he had pulled a muscle or something so he went to an ortho doctor. The ortho docs ordered an MRI and they told him you need to see an oncologist, probably the second most scary thing a doctor can say to you. Fast forward to Wednesday November 17th, 2021, Marc heard the scariest thing a doctor can say to you, “You have cancer.” Marc has been diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma and the next few days were tests and more tests and port placement and then chemo was started right away on Monday November 22nd, 2021.

Marc is 29, he didn’t need comprehensive health insurance, so all of this chemo is not covered by his insurance. Marc needs all the help you can offer to assist with his medical bills currently and his medical bills going forward. This will be a 6 month chemo process with tests in between chemo cycles to see how well the chemo is fighting the cancer.

Marc is STRONG and he WILL beat this, but he needs a little support from his wonderful family and friends to help him through this BATTLE!
