Love for Leslie

Hi, my name is Ruth and I am a friend of Leslie.

To know Leslie is to love her. We all admire her strength and determination to overcome any obstacle placed in her path. To overcome this latest hurdle, she needs an outpouring of love and support from her friends, family and community

As you may know, Leslie has been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She has recently undergone chemotherapy and surgery. Her recovery will be a bit more complicated than anticipated. Her greatest joy and dream come true was having her beautiful twin girls 5 years ago. Her focus hasn't only been on her own recovery, but also the happiness and well being of the girls. Besides being a mother of 2, Leslie has been working and going to nursing school. Recently she has had to stop work to focus on treatment and recovery and it is unclear when she will return full time.
