Single mother and family looses everything in fire

On Friday May 19 at 715 pm a fire broke out at our home causing our entire building to be inhabitable. I'm a single Mom and my son is 14 in Grade 9. My son is in Grade 9.

Here is our story. 

My name is Kim. I am a single mother and my son Sirak is 14 in Grade 9. A fire Friday evening has completely changed our lives because the fire was so bad it has rendered the building uninhabitable and we have now lost our home and all of our belongings. We have nothing. We were out and received a call and we could not go into the building to get anything so we have only the clothes on our backs. I did not have insurance so we must start from scratch. Our lives are now in complete disarray because the fire has rendered the entire building a write off to be torn down. We lost everything.

Thankfully the firefighters got all the pets out however a cat perished. We were not home when the fire broke out but our puppy was. Our puppy is terrified and is suffering from smoke inhalation. We were notified by a neighbour and rushed home. Now we are without a home and without anything other than the clothes on our back, and our puppy. We have already been advised that the building is uninhabitable and will be torn down. I must find another place to live and items to make a new apartment. I simply do not have the funds to purchase anything and I am at a loss of what to do.

We now need to start over finding a home, home things, clothes food etc. We like many others are highly affected because we did not have home insurance to help with the substantial financial issues we are about to endure.
