We are fighting cancer!

I'm not the patient, or the spouse.  I'm just one of many watching from the sidelines.  I pray.  I cry.  I get angry.  And I watch my friends as they fight cancer, like two soldiers at war.  They are brave, and exceptional. Compassionate and strong.  Good people, and I love them.

I came here to help, because they never ask for anything.  I came here because this community is full of fighters, and friends of fighters.  They don't have to tell me that the bills are mounting.  I already know.  They don't have to tell me how the stress is affecting them.  I see it.  And I am certain that if, God forbid, this was one of us, they would go out of their way to help.

So, I'm not the patient, or the spouse. I'm just one of many.  But together, we are going to make this journey easier for them.  Together, we are ALL fighting cancer.
