Hi, As many of you know by now my cousin Jesse was taken to the hospital Monday night May 8th. Jesse passed out at his house and was having hard time breathing. His wife called 911, on the way to the hospital they had to shock his heart twice. Once in the ER they found that Jesse had a very large PE (blood clot) in his lungs. While in the ER he went into cardiac arrest. They were able to bring him back and start him lots of different medications. At that he was sent to the MICU where they had to give him epi every 3 to 5 mins through the night to keep his blood pressure up. At this point life support was the only thing keeping him alive. Sometime during the night the nurse noticed something on and said Jesse's name and told him to squeeze her finger and he did and move his toes. The next morning Jesse was not stable enough to make the trip to UVA. So he was flown to Norfolk heart hospital. During all of this Jesse has coded 5 time and his other organs starting to shut down due to all the Meds, internal blooding in is belly, blood transfusions, started dialysis and is hooked to a ECMO to help his heart. Jesse has been in and out of the OR more time then I can count. Jesse has two beautiful little girls and a strong loving wife Nicole that hasn't left his side. The last thing she should have to worry about is bills. We ask first and foremost for your prayers and if you are able please consider helping Jesse's family. Jesse is a fighter and hasn't stopped fighting and nether will we. Thank you and God bless
