Medical Expenses for Vance Choate

Vance Choate was hit by a truck on September 5th,2015. He was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital to receive the best medical care possible. He has a brain bleed and his jaw is broken in 2 places. He will have to have surgery at some point in the next couple of days. He is being kept under sedation so he is not stimulated. Vance has autism as well, so the doctors and nurses have to make sure he does not become stimulated due to the nature of his injuries. He is a vibrant little boy, who loves life, riding his bike, swimming, old style rock and roll. He and his parents need the support and prayers of friends and their community.
