Rally for Justin's Long Road to Recovery
Donation protected
I first want to tell everyone who this special friend named Justin Show is to me and many, many others. He is the friend who isn't afraid of a hard day's work, the one that will go above and beyond for his friends and loved ones. The man that when he gives you his word, it means something. He may not always sugar-coat his opinion, but you can bet he's being honest. His friendship is something you can rely on, his commitment is unwavering, and that bigger-than-life personality that would do anything at any time, day or night, for others in need without hesitation, because it's the right thing to do. Most importantly, never expecting anything in return.
Now, that has changed in such a big, unexpected way. Justin was recently in an accident. When attempting to help load a large metal roof onto a trailer, one of the large chains helping to support the weight of the roof slipped, and the roof landed on Justin, resulting in 50 stitches and 30 staples in the back of his head. One of his legs endured two fractures requiring surgery, and his neck had six fractures also requiring immediate surgery. But by the grace of God, his spinal cord wasn't damaged. Still, considering the extent of his injuries, it's nothing short of a miracle he's alive. The neck brace he's been fitted in is required for a minimum of 22 weeks, therefore he's unable to even drive, much less do anything else, and especially shoeing horses as he's done most of his life. Physical therapy is proving to be a very slow process; nothing is as he knew it to be before this horrific accident. So for The Man, The Friend, The one who's always been there for everyone else... He now needs more than we can even imagine. Please find it in your heart to help aid in this very long, painful journey of recovery. I can't honestly think of anyone who deserves it more. But if you know Justin, his pride won't let him ask anyone for anything; he's still thinking he's got to get better for all the ones that need him.
At the very least, words of encouragement, uplifting in prayer, and please share his story in hopes we can meet our goal to help assist in his rehabilitation.
Last but certainly not least, a big Praise to God for definitely shielding him in His love and protection.
Thank you to all
