One of my closest friends in the whole world needs your help. Her name is Katie Weitzel. Katie is a single mother of 3 adorable kids, a hard worker, a lover of the Lord, and one of the most amazing people I have ever met.
Katie has just finalized a very difficult divorce and has navigated her transition the best way she knows how. She has a job, raises her kids well, and is doing her best to make ends meet. But, due to the divorce and the requirement to sell their home, Katie and her children are facing potential homelessness. She is trying to save enough money so that she can qualify for a home or pay for rent. But, she doesnt make enough to cover the costs of housing, food, daycare, and the other costs of being a single mother.
Katie has until MARCH 31ST to be out of her current home. I am trying to raise $4,000 to help cover the cost of housing, food, daycare, and other expenses she needs to cover over the next 60 days. This would give her the time she needs to save up and get the process moving on finding permanent housing.
Sometimes in life there are people who need a help up. This isnt a hand out. I promise you that she is a good steward, a great mother, and someone who just needs a little help.
When I asked her if I could do this she told me she didnt think anyone would actually donate anything. Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now to him who is able to do IMMEASURABLY MORE than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us." Help me help her. 100% of funds no matter how much is received will go directly to her. Our time is short my friends. Any amount helps.
