Hello fellow anglers!
We are the new East Ridge High School Raptor Fishing Team—an excited group of students ready to turn a passion into competitive success while engaging in a sport we truly love: fishing!
We will compete in both open water and ice fishing, because that’s what true Midwest fishing is all about. With a mix of experienced anglers and first-time hook setters, we’re in for a ride full of adventure, learning, teamwork, and—hopefully—prosperous achievements as we launch the first-ever high school fishing team in all of South Washington County.
As we prepare for our ice fishing season, we’re reaching out to our local fishing community for support. Starting a new program comes with costs—ice gear, safety equipment, entry fees, and transportation—and every bit of help makes a difference in giving these students a safe and successful experience on the ice.
If you’re willing to support our team through donations, sponsorships, or even gently used equipment, we would be incredibly grateful. Your support helps grow youth involvement in the outdoors, builds lifelong skills, and ensures the next generation of anglers can thrive.
Thank you for welcoming us into the fishing community—we can’t wait to represent East Ridge on the ice and on the water!
