Hello friends and family of Carla Workman-Parkerson. With a heavy heart, and as a close family friend, I have created this to assist Carla's family to raise funds for funeral and memorial expenses incurred as a result of her sudden passing on January 11th, 2025.

Carla was a kind, loving person who always put others before herself, and touched the lives of many students, families and colleagues through her many years of dedication to Orland Unified School District as an Instructional Aide. Carla was my daughter Mahri's one-on-one aide, and quickly became family to us.

The family was not prepared for the sudden loss and the financial burden it often brings. The estimated cost of the funeral, burial, and memorial service is $11,000, and we're humbly seeking your support to honor Carla in the way she deserves.
