What's left of Kaylee's home, taken last night.







Kaylee was born just over a year ago, in the beautiful town of Paradise, California.  Her parents, Chris and Heather, worked at the Feather River Hospital in town.  Paradise is well named - it was a sanctuary of peace and quiet - until  it was devastated by the fast moving inferno that caused the most fire damage known to California history.  Kaylee and her parents lost everything.  Their first home is gone.  Their jobs are gone.  Their community, obliterated.

Chris posted this photo on Facebook this morning.  All that is left of their home is an apple tree and the house number.  For a young couple just starting their family, this is beyond tough.  I checked in with Chris to see how he was holding up, and his concern is more for the less fortunate around him.  "I've got my family and that's what matters", he said.  "There are others with much less".

This Go-Fund me is for the other things that matter too.  Diapers.  Clothing.  A place to sleep.  Knowing Chris, whatever he has he will pass to all around him in need too.  Help Paradise in it's time of need.  Donate the price of that latte, or that pair of new shoes...whatever you feel you can do.  Chris has always been a strong financial steward and all donations will go directly towards rebuilding Paradise for Kaylee and the community which she loves.
