Hi, my name is Amy and I’m a first year at Rutgers University - NB. I absolutely love it here and want to continue my education at this school with all the friends I’ve made so far. But, I won’t be able to if I don’t get my term bills paid. My mom owns her own business that she ran with my dad and business was great! Until COVID happened, which caused her business to slow down. She still has issues with being able to pay her house and store bills. On top of that, my dad passed away due to heart complications from liver cancer removal. We haven’t even been able to buy his headstone yet because of funds. Because of this, my mom isn’t able to help pay for any of my tuition. I’ve been having to deal with it on my own since this summer. I’m not asking for much, but anything will help. Thank you for everything!
