Dear Friends, Family and all:
I have started this GoFundme account for my brother in law and his family. I am trying to ease the pain of their upcoming medical expenses. As you may or may not know, my brother in law, Lionel was recently diagnosed with Stage I Colorectal Cancer. As this is such heartbreaking news, by surprise my brother in law is taking it with such ease. As we know he is very much a believer in Jesus Christ, honestly, I think that is what is helping him and his loved ones to cope with the devastating news. He recently had foot surgery and while out found out the heartbreaking news. So as it is, he has been out of work coping with his foot. As far as his treatment, he will undergo numerous doctor visits and appointments. In a few weeks, he will begin his treatment which will consist of 5 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation, he will rest for 4 weeks and then have surgery to remove the tumor. Even though he will attempt to go to work each day, he will be out for days and once the surgery is completed he will be out for 4 to 6 weeks. In the meantime, my sister will have to be out of work without pay to attend all his medical appointments. As a family, we are coming together to help make it a little easier and less stressful for them as they will endure financial hardship, once the bills start rolling in. If you could just help to ease the pressure, it would be so helpful. Thanks for anything you can do. Most importantly please pray. Thank You
