Hi, my name is Melissa and it is with a heavy heart that I even have to make this right now. My 14 year old nephew Christopher, better known as Cj has recently passed away suddenly. My sister Stephanie has dedicated her life since the age of 17 taking care of my nephew who was born with microcephaly and other special needs. Being that Cj was FULLY depended on her as he was non-verbal and non-mobile this journey has been short from easy for her but everyday she showed up for him. My sister would never ask for help but always helped others so at this time I will like to ask for prayers for her and my family as we navigate through our loss and if there is any donations that could be made we are grateful for anything as my sister will be taking non-paid time away from work during her grieving process while also taking care of my 5 year old nephew.
