Will’s Fight Against Cancer

It has been just over 3 years since Will was diagnosed with DRCT. He has been through surgeries, various chemotherapy treatments, radio immunotherapy (NYC) and radiation (NYC). Although Will had about 6 months of no reoccurrence- it was short lived.
In January 2021, cancer returned in the lungs, liver and some bones. Since then, Will has been receiving chemotherapy weekly at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. He receives CT and PET scans every 2-3 months to monitor the effectiveness of the treatments. Our Superhero Will- continues to fight this battle head on with all of the courage and positivity in the world. Despite fighting cancer during a pandemic- he hasn’t lost faith even once.
