Zac & Kate along with their 3 daughters ages 9, 5 and 1 have faced unimaginable devastation following a storm that ripped through the Midwest last night on May 28th 2024.
In Greeley, Colorado, the family was in bed when the torrential rain and hail came flooding into their mobile home damaging almost its entirety. Zac lifted his daughters above his head carrying them in freezing water over waste deep to his brother and father who were nearby with a boat and pickup truck. The local fire department deployed rafts to rescue additional neighbors. The scene was chaotic but even so the financial strain following is equally chaotic.
Today, the morning after Zac and his family are faced with a complete loss. Being a mobile home park this is not just an insurance claim fix. This is a blue collar full-time working dad fix. Zac has taken time off this week to try and immediately make repairs. Zac has begun clearing the debris but will need to re-insulate, drywall, floor, panel the exterior and more. He is a hard working guy trying to provide for his young family.
This is a plea to our community to ask if anyone is able to either donate to this fund, donate items to the girls or supplies to Zac as he navigates these difficult times with their mobile home. Any assistance to him and his family will be truly appreciated.
If anyone would like to donate clothing or toys to the girls the sizes are:
Age 9 clothing size 12
Age 5 clothing size 6/7
Age 1 clothing size 12-24 months
