My sweet sister in law Brooke was rushed to the hospital earlier this week with a massive heart attack, the staff at Timp Regional has been tremendous and were able to miraculously save her life. During this process successfully removing two huge blood clots, inserted several balloons and stinting the problem area. While testing Brooke's blood it was determined (much to Brooke's surprise) that she was also pregnant. The pregnancy has of course changed some of the treatments that were available, unfortunately it appears that the pregnancy is in significant jeopardy given the situation and trauma she has already been though. Brooke, her husband Jason and twelve year old son Chase have been battling through these most recent events after just getting back on their feet. They have partially recovered from losing their home just a few years ago. Jason has just recently started a new promising job but not yet eligible for health benefits as you can imagine the treatments given and hospitalization while saving Brooke's life have been quite expensive.
