Sophia’s Wish

It’s difficult to write something like this… maddening really… but the story needs told and a family needs your help. Once upon a time, there was a sweet little girl named Sophia. Sophia absolutely adored all things purple, dancing around, playing games, giving hugs, and going on adventures with her family. Sophia also learned to be a fighter, and an inspiration to others having to overcome one battle after another. During the last several months, Sophia’s body has not grown like it should have and her incredible Mother and Father (Sherri and Joe Bruce) have been taking her to just about every specialist available. Much to their dismay, no cure was ever found. You see, little Sophia’s spirit must have been far to great for her little body to contain, and on July 18, 2021, Sophia passed on to us now with her Heavenly Father.

Sophia’s parents, Joe and Sherri Bruce, are some of the most loving, kind, hard working, and giving people that I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. Joe and Sherri would literally help anyone in any way they could, and now they need your help. Medical and travel expenses, and not being able to work has truly put a hardship on their family and we need to help them out.
