Hi, I’m Lizz, and I want to share a bit about my beloved cat, Peanut, and why I’m reaching out for help. Peanut is my sweet, cuddly girl who means the world to me. She lives with me here in Chicago, along with her sister, and they both bring so much joy and comfort to my life. Peanut has always been playful and affectionate, curling up next to me every night and waking me gently in the mornings. She’s more than just a pet—she’s family.

Recently, Peanut’s health took a serious turn. She’s been diagnosed with a condition that requires surgery to remove a stone from her bladder. This is a critical procedure that she needs to survive and get better. I’m heartbroken to see her in pain and scared by what she’s going through. It’s so hard watching her struggle, especially knowing that the surgery is her best chance for a healthy, happy life again.

The challenge I’m facing is financial. I’m currently broke and don’t have the money to cover the surgery or the aftercare Peanut will need. As much as I want to give her everything she deserves, the costs are overwhelming for me right now. That’s why I’m reaching out for support. Any help, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in Peanut’s life and mine. Having Peanut healthy again would mean the world to me. She’s my constant companion and source of comfort during tough times.
