Unfortunately, in April 2025, my wife was laid off. After trying unsuccessfully to find a new job and with her unemployment quickly running out, she decided to retire when she reached the minimum retirement age. I am looking for a job and so far, have only received rejections.

In January , I lost my healthcare insurance and SNAP benefits. With the changes to the ACA subsidies, we can barely afford a marketplace plan. I make and sell jewelry Dragon & Wolf Designs which brings in a little money but not enough to cover expenses. I have a number of chronic conditions that need careful management.

Funds received will go towards paying monthly expenses, copays for medical visits and prescriptions, and groceries.
