Hello all! 

Momma Han and I are going to make and sell local, authentic, healthy*, DELICIOUS kimchi. YES. It is finally happening. We really want to share the taste of this delectable dish (and we can't keep just giving it out :P)


Those of you who know me know that I think my mom's kimchi is the best in the WORLD. 

Those of you who have tasted my mom's kimchi know that it IS the best in the world. 

Starting up a food business is super difficult. The cost of permits, health inspections, insurance are a little prohibitive right now. With your help, we can provide kimchi to the masses! We are looking to use as many local, organic ingredients as possible and sell her kimchi at our Farmer's Markets. Humboldt is ready for some bold Korean flavor!
