Hello,

With our band Broken Wall, we are supporting Mahmoud’s family in Gaza. We created this GoFundMe to raise donations so they can buy basic necessities like food, clean water, and medicine.

As you likely know, the situation in Gaza is catastrophic. Accessing food or medical care is extremely dangerous and difficult due to the war and the rising prices of food. Mahmoud’s family urgently needs our help. They are nine people, and far too often, they go to sleep hungry. They are living a nightmare, and it’s our responsibility as human beings to stand in solidarity with them and offer the support we can.

Anas,is a three-year-old boy,he is Arwa’s son and Mahmoud’s nephew. He is not living in conditions any child should experience. He is malnourished, can't go to school, and traumatized by the violence of the war. No child deserves this. Together let's give him—and his entire family—a chance at a better life.

We stay in contact with Mahmoud daily via Instagram, through messages and video calls. He keeps us informed about the harsh reality they face every day, and desperately works to find help for his loved ones through social media.

At our concerts, we try to collect donations for them—but we truly need your help because sadly alone we can't collect enough for them. Anything you can give will make a difference. This family is just like yours or mine, and right now, they are in desperate need.

Before the war, Mahmoud was a farmer with big dreams. Today, his home has been destroyed by the occupation forces, and he has lost friends and family members. Like millions of other Palestinians, he is struggling to survive with dignity in a situation no one should face. Let's give him his hope back.
