With the death of my long-time friend and roommate, I find myself in desperate circumstances. I have to find a new place to live. This involves 1st and last month's rent, as well as deposits for utilities and a great deal of luck.

I'm on a fixed income and seeking low-income housing. I need to get my van running dependably so I can transport my meager belongings. It took a great deal of consideration before concluding that this is my last, best option.
