Hi my name is John Lyons I am a 29 year old from NJ some of y’all know me as Heat. I was in a bad accident the other day, on my way home my brakes gave out on me and my car swerved into a light pole, the pole almost smashed the car thank lord it fell a few feet away, in the accident my face had hit my steering wheel and my head hit the windshield and knocked out a majority of my front teeth and re arranged my side teeth and I have a bad collar bone fracture, I am now on bed rest for a moment and it’s kinda hard for me to ask but I really need the help right now, I just want to live a normal life again, being that I can’t smile anymore just breaks my heart I can’t hardly eat from my mouth being wired shut. I’m just asking if possible to help me out in anyway I really appreciate it so much, I just want to smile again and beat this depression spell this accident placed on me
