Hello, my name is David Madu. Recently I had the opportunity to participate in a state event hosted by DECA for their State Career Development Conference. (DECA is a student organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management through competitive events, leadership conferences, and real-world experiences.) After competing for the first time ever and winning top 9 in my event, I now have another opportunity to attend the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Orlando, Florida from April 25th-30th.

To be able to achieve this I am fundraising $1,500 to be able to attend. This money would cover the hotel expenses for 5 nights, round-trip flights to and from Orlando, transportation once we arrive, event registration and other fees.
