Lost Puppy needs surgery

Hi Everyone,
I am a little puppy and my temporary name is Miss Money Penny, I’m just under 6 months old.
I lost my way and arrived in a nice Neighborhood soaking wet, cold and carrying my back left leg and in shock from having been hit by a car.
My new caretakers took me in, dried me out and gave me food and water. I am well mannered and have been trained to be obedient. 
I have also visited the vets for X-rays and vaccinations and the vet tells me I have a broken femur and a broken hip. She referred me to a specialist and they say it could cost $5,000 to get my leg properly healed and that I need it done sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, as I lost my way, I do not have that kind of money on me, so if there’s anything you can contribute, no matter how small, to help me get fixed and well, I would be extremely grateful. 
To show my gratitude I will continue to post pictures post-op and as my strength recovers.
