Medical Bills

Hello my name is Jeremy Crews and I was involved in a fatal three car accident. I was traveling on highway 70 west with my younger brother, when there was a car stalled in the fast lane. I didn't see it until it was too late. My wife was behind me in her vehicle also. As soon as I hit the car, it was engulfed in flames. Which made my engine begin to burn. I was knocked out by the impact. My wife had to make a split second decision, whether to drive into the flaming car or collide into the side of my truck. So she collided into me. My wife jumped into action to save my life. I thought I was dead. She urged me to get out, pulled me out, dragged me as far as she could to safety. I sustained a dislocated hip, fractured ribs, and a laceration on my liver. Both of our trucks burned to nothing. I will be out of work for at least 8 weeks. I had just purchased my truck maybe 2 weeks before this happened. I would greatly appreciate any and all help that I receive.
