Help Us Escape a Toxic Living Situation

Help my roommate and i move out of a toxic and dangerous home! Our 3rd roomate we have given the alias of "Bucket" has manipulated, held over our heads things that shouldnt be held over anybody's head, doesn't pitch in around the house (hygienically, doing the dishes, sweeping, taking out trash, etc).
