Hi, my name is Abigail Rose. I am 8 years old and I have never been able to speak, feed myself, walk, or go to the bathroom.   I depend on my family to feed, clean and carry me.  If I could talk, (my grandparents are writing this because they love me), I would tell you that I was born with a neuromuscular disorder that no one can figure out.  The good news is that I can sit up all by myself.  People say I am a happy girl.

We need your help.  My family is trying to raise money to buy a van with a ramp for my wheel chair.  I weigh almost 50 lbs.!    I can see the pain on my Mom’s face when she tries to lift me from my wheel chair into the back seat of the car.  I want to tell her that I love her, and I wish I could make our travel easier.
