Last month my mother, Melissa Stoker was diagnosed with stage two Invasive Ductal Carcinoma G3, estrogen positive. Her cancer also showed an excess amount of the HER2+ protein which means that the cancer is growing and dividing uncontrollably. This means that with her kind of cancer, it can spread much quicker. A mass has also been found in her pelvic bone, we are waiting for a bone scan to determine if her cancer has metastasized to her bones.

With this being the case, treatment has been started immediately. As most people who have either gone through a cancer diagnosis themselves or have had family or friends with it, treatment is expensive and health insurance only covers so much of it.

My family is asking for any help to get us through this. My mom will be out of a lot of work because of harsh treatments and surgery, so we need help making up the difference. Any help that can be given we would be extremely grateful for. Thank you, we appreciate the support and love to get us through this.
