Dax Perry's Memorial Celebration

Douglas "Dax" Perry, Jr. passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on June 7, 2014 at the young age of 44. Known across the Rowan-Cabarrus area as a loving father, devoted son, "twisted" brother and uncle, outgoing and lifelong friend, high school bad boy, avid golfer, formidable poker player, pop culture trivia master extraordinaire (especially when it came to his daughter's, niece's, and his favorite TV show, Friends), Dax will be mourned and missed for years to come.

Since Dax passed away so suddenly and with no life insurance, donations for his cremation and memorial celebration are welcome in lieu of flowers. Any donation, small or large, will be appreciated greatly. Anyone who donates (the site requires that we put the minimum at $5, but if you donate a penny, this will apply) will receive a digital copy of the memorial slideshow via email. This slideshow will probably be hours long as pictures and videos of Dax are coming in from all over the country.

Family and friends are also asking for contributions of memories. If you have any pictures or video of Dax, please send them to the above e-mail so they may be included in the memorial slideshow. If you have any stories about Dax that you want to share, write a paragraph or two and submit them via e-mail as well.
