Prayers & Support for Andrew’s GBS Journey
On October 9th Andrew went to the hospital with numbness, pain, and muscle fatigue in his extremities. Very soon after he was diagnosed with Guillan-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which is acute attack of the immune system on the nerves cells. He is being treated at U of M hospital but still needs a great deal of prayers for the days and months to come as his body fights itself to recover from the nerve damage and subsequent paralysis.
If you know him well then you can attest that he is an extremely hard worker and an amazing friend, son, brother, husband and father to 7 month old James and his absence at home has definitely been missed. We all want to see him make a full recovery and return home to his family.
Andrew’s road to recovery will likely be long and uncertain and we are anticipating the possible need for accessibility & therapy items once he returns home. Thank you to the many friends and family that have already helped! If you want to help please show your support in anyway that you can through prayers or financially, his family appreciates any & all of your thoughts and prayers ♥️ Even if you cannot contribute financially, positive comments or prayers for Andrew and his family are very meaningful at this time.
