As most of you know, our grandma, our mom, our great grandma, has put up a heck of a fight the past year. Unfortunately, this coming Sunday she will be coming home on hospice care. While we are all working together to build a schedule so that we are able to care for her when the hospice nurses, who are only able to come once or twice a week, are unavailable. 
With our schedules, there will still be some times that she may require care. And too fill in the gaps we are looking into caregivers that can come in and help assist during this difficult time. 
The cost for this is quite high and we are doing our best to make sure that she is taken care of properly and with love. If you would be willing to help donate toward her continued care while she is home and with us, we would be greatly appreciative.
